Usability of a Portable weld gun can be enhanced or destroyed by the track system on which it is supported.

PW offers high quality systems from some of Europe’s leading manufacturers, based around track designs offering low overhead weight and therefore low inertia movement. These can be as a component of a swinging jib crane, giving 2-axis movement over a 3m to 5m radius, or of an ‘H’ type roof mounted system, with fixed longditudinals and the gun hung from a mobile cross tracker.

PW engineers will advise on suitability and provide design, installation and load testing services as requried.
