With either manual or automated spot weld systems, it is important to deliver and monitor the energy supplies in an efficient manner. Service panels from PW can incorporate the following:-
Services Panels for both manual and robot welders
Suited to both manual welding systems and automated spot weld systems (robot welders), for most applications.

• Junction boxes, prewired to allow quick interface between weld gun, weld control & robot.
  
• Weld controls pre mounted and pre wired for the application.
• Compressed air and water control and monitoring functions.
• Quick fit systems to minimise initial set up time in the project build-up / pre-production phases.

 

Panels for robot applications are generally designed to fit into the cell guarding system. For manual guns they can be mounted on the weld control, or elsewhere to suit customer requirements.
