Poke Welding Guns and Precision Welders
PW's Poke Welders are used all over the world, in aircraft, nuclear power, electronics and other general industries. Approved by Rolls Royce and Boeing, the range runs from the small and portable B3, to the heavy duty B70, used for more normal sheet metal applications.
On thin guage sheet, the Poke Welders can be used for manual seam welding, using a roll spot wheel.
The Precision Welding systems provide very high accuracy for the welding of micro components. The DBZ100 will weld wire as fine as 1/100mm with its 4kHz Medium Frequency power supply. Weld forces from 0,5N to 180N are available from the BH weld heads.
